First one of the year. Some amazing tracks put together today while home and sick. But after all these tunes I obviously feel a lot better.

This one starts out with three slow loungy tunes, picks it up with some deep house loveliness (really!) and then goes to Todd Terjes new fantastic tune, Inspector Norse. An edit of a Prince-song makes you prepared, almost, for another one of Todd Terjes remixes. It’s a crazy one, but oh so good.

Been a long time. So this one is a little bit special. There is a theme this time.

You can relax. It is impossible to guess the theme. If you don’t follow the man called Baskrud (Brian Einarsen) on Spotify. Every month he fills a list with hundreds of new great tunes. So I took his November list and tried to choose a few of the more discoey tracks. 

So it starts out deep and mellow, as usual. Ends in a bit of minimal and lovely house.

Last few weeks I’ve been working on a mix with a little more commercial edge. But I kept losing my interest in the music halfway through the mix.

So I did a mix with some of my favorite tunes right now. Not surprisingly I’m into a lot of James Blake and Jamie XX. So there is some of that, and there is some deep house. As always.

Today I’m djing at what most people anticipate to be the best event of this thing called Almedalsveckan.
